Translation in progress: retained percentage equals percentage of words translated (rounded up to nearest 10%).
First draft delivered: 65% retained, 35% refunded.
Review/revision started: 85% retained, 15% refunded.
Final delivery accepted: No refund — all work delivered.
If genuine translation errors are identified after all included QA rounds, one additional free correction round is provided. Must be requested within 14 days of final delivery with specific error annotations in the delivered document.
Sworn translations that have been declared before an Italian court are irrevocable and cannot be refunded. Errors in sworn translations are corrected free of charge with a new sworn declaration at our expense.
Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe to the original payment method. Email confirmation sent upon initiation. Updated: March 2026.
